Medicine training refers to the educational and practical process through which individuals become qualified and licensed medical professionals, typically doctors or physicians.

The training is designed to equip aspiring healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and clinical experience necessary to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses and injuries.

• Internal Medicine Training

  Core training in medicine can be achieved either via Internal Medicine Training (IMT) or ACCS Internal Medicine (ACCS-IM)

• Higher Medicine Training

  Following medical school, foundation training and core training, the final part of training in the progression from trainee to consultant is specialty training, or Higher Specialty Training (HST)
