Application process
If you wish to be considered for special circumstances, you must complete all of the following steps:
- Ensure that you indicate that you wish to apply for special circumstances on your Oriel application form.
- Complete the following registration form. Please note, the form will only be available during the published application window.
- Download and complete the relevant special circumstances application form.
- Print and scan your special circumstances application form, along with all of your supporting evidence as a single document and email it to [email protected].
Deadlines
Requests for special circumstances and supporting evidence must be supplied by the following deadlines.

Application forms and evidence
The application forms and evidence required for each of the eligibility criteria are available on the following pages. Please check the relvant page carefully, as your special circumstances application will be rejected if any of the required evidence is missing.
You can apply under multiple criteria if you meet the requirements. In this case, you should submit an application form and supporting evidence for each criterion you are applying under.
Withdrawing your application
If your special circumstances change, or if you with to withdraw from the special circumstances process, please email please email [email protected] at the earliest opportunity.
