Two major reviews looking at how the Medical and Dental Recruitment and Selection (MDRS) delivers recruitment across over 70 specialities are currently underway. This key piece of work will provide some valuable insight and help shape how recruitment is delivered in future.

The reviews will focus on 2 areas.
